This is a picture of me in my wheelchair, when the chair back part broke and left me flat on my back.  You can't tell from this picture, but I was laughing hysterically.  Thank God for my ventilator.  It kept me from really bending backwards.  You might guess that my wheelchair was out of commission for a few days, and you would be correct.  But I did not let ruin my streak.  I have not spent one day in bed at home -- since I got home more than three and half years ago.  Every day that my wheelchair was out of action, I got on the tilt table.  Amen for the tilt table.
